Phillip Brantley has worked in the mortgage industry since 1996 as a mortgage broker, direct lender, retail loan officer for major banks including Chase and Wells Fargo, and as a wholesale subprime representative before the mortgage-market collapse. That range of experience shapes a practical approach: understand the guidelines, anticipate the problem, and communicate the solution clearly.
Outside of mortgages, Phil enjoys golf, scuba diving, skiing, sailing, hiking and fishing.
